World Richest Men: Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos Take Top Spot In Latest Ranking - [Full List]

South African-born business magnate and Investor, Elon Musk, again, has been ranked as the number one richest man in the world.

Naija News reports that Musk is the founder, chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and chief technology officer of SpaceX, angel investor, CEO and product architect of Tesla, Inc. He also is the CEO of the microblogging platform, Twitter.

Musk, according to the latest release by World of Statistics, is currently worth $224 billion. He is as well the founder of the Boring Company, a co-founder of Neuralink and OpenAI, and the president of the Musk Foundation.

According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, he has an estimated net worth of US$239 billion as of July 2023 and $248.8 billion, according to Forbes.

While Bernard Arnault is rated second on the list with an estimated worth of $191b, Amazon Founder, Jeff Bezos, came third as the world’s richest man with $163b worth.

Arnault is a French business magnate, investor, and art collector. He is the founder, chairman, and CEO of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the world’s largest luxury goods company, Naija News reports.

Bill Gates, on the other hand, came fourth on the list with $130b worth. Gates is an American billionaire business magnate, investor, and philanthropist. He co-founded the software giant Microsoft along with his childhood friend Paul Allen.

Fifth on the top five richest men is Larry Ellison whose worth is estimated at $127b.
