Gospel Singer, Dunsin Oyekan Charges Nigerians On 2023 Elections

Gospel singer, Dunsin Oyekan has charged Nigerians to get their PVCs and get ready for the 2023 elections.

He made the call on Monday a few hours after the selection of former Governor of Borno State, Senator Kashim Shettima as the All Progressives Congress (APC) vice-presidential candidate.

Recall that Bola Tinubu in an interview with journalists on Sunday after a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura, Katsina State confirmed Senator Shettima as his running mate.

Shettima, who is the Senator representing Borno Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly will replace Ibrahim Masari, whose name was submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as an interim vice presidential candidate of the ruling party.

Dunsin via his Instagram page on Monday urged his friends who do not yet have their Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) to arm themselves with it.

He also noted that the 2023 general elections will be a different one.

In his words; ”To all the politicians, forget it, 2023 is a different one. I’ll leave this scripture here;
Prov 19’21 “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails
Get your pvc friends!”
