Nigerians Are Extremely Difficult To Lead - Buhari

Reactions have trailed the directive of President Muhammadu Buhari that all heads of agencies, departments, parastatals and ambassadors with political ambitions should vacate their offices.

Naija News earlier reported that the President made this known in a circular on Thursday signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.

The circular with reference number SGF/OP/ I/S.3/XII/ 173 was titled, ‘Ministers, heads of government agencies, ambassadors and other appointees with political ambitions to resign.

The President in a circular on Thursday also directed the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, to resign.

Mustapha stated that the heads of agencies and other appointees are to resign on or before Monday, May 16.

However, some Nigerians have taken to social media to react to the reports that the CBN Governor and other appointees have been asked to vacate their offices.
