Lagos Man From Surulere Opens Mama Put Restaurant On Roadside In London

A Nigerian man from Surulere is currently running a ‘mama put’ restaurant in a street in London.

The man, identified simply as Azeez revealed that he started the restaurant called 2 Nigerian boys with a friend but now runs it alone.

In a photo shared on Twitter by @IamOlajideAwe, some foreigners could be seen on a queue waiting their turn to taste the Nigerian delicacies.

Azeez revealed to Legit.NG that he now runs the business alone after his friend left.

Azeez said: “I’m from Lagos, Surulere. We live in London so we decided to bring food to the city. We were two when we started but now, I’m running myself.”

Reacting to the post, Nigerians praised the young man for his hustling spirit.
