Nigerians on social media are asking questions concerning the fate of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, wives following his demise on Friday, April 22.

Naija News earlier reports that the top Yoruba monarch died at 83 in the late hours of Friday.

The Alaafin of Oyo died at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti.

Oba Adeyemi has served as Alaafin of Oyo for 52 years, making him the longest-reigning Alaafin.

Some Nigerians in reaction to his death, are wondering who would be the one to take care of the monarch’s young and beautiful wives.
