3SC Coach, Agoye Accuses Nasarawa United Of Influencing Referees After Their Defeat

The head coach of the NPFL side, Shooting Stars, Edith Agoye has accused the officials of Nasarawa United of influencing the outcome of their game at New Jos stadium.
In his interview after the game, he said the Nasarawa United team officials went into the referees’ dressing room at halftime as the game was 0-0 at the interval.
He said: “The incident that happened at the end of first half it was what determined who won this game today, in the dressing room, the cabin of the referees that was what determined who won this game”
He concluded by not making any excuses for his team as he noted that the team will return to Ibadan and recharge their batteries.
“It’s a bit difficult to give any reason, otherwise it will look like an excuse.”
3SC lost 2-0 against Nasarawa United.
