Osun: Governorship Aspirant Ogunbiyi Dumps PDP

A chieftain of the Osun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, Akin Ogunbiyi on Wednesday dumped the party.

Recall that Ogunbiyi recently shed his governorship ambition after withdrawing from the PDP governorship primaries in Osun State.

Ogunbiyi while giving the reason for dumping PDP cited bias by the National Working Committee of the party led by Iyorchia Ayu.

The PDP chieftain while announcing his exit from the main opposition party commended the national chairman of the party for the “interaction and engagements within the party over the years.”
