Ghana vs Nigeria: “It’s Important We Correct Our Mistakes At AFCON” – Chukwueze

Super Eagles and Villarreal winger, Samuel Chukwueze believed that the team can secure victory against Ghana in Kumasi.

Speaking to Naija News after the team’s training session, Chukwueze emphasized the need to win in Kumasi.

He said: “It’s very important we win this match and correct our mistakes at the Africa cup of nations.”

As the World Cup is the ultimate goal, Chukwueze believed a win will motivate the team.

“If we win this game, it will motivate us to do well at the World Cup and very important for the team,” he said.

Nigeria face Ghana in the first leg of the final World Cup qualifier in Kumasi, Ghana, on Friday.

The Black Stars would have to travel down to Nigeria next week Tuesday for the second leg.
