Don’t Drag IPOB/ESN Into Your Problem, Adamu Garba Tells Abba Kyari

A chieftain of the All progressives Congress (APC), Adamu Garba has advised the former head of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT), Abba Kyari, not to blame IPOB and ESN for his current travails.

Naija News had reported that the embattled super cop had accused members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) of being behind his predicament due to the raid against them in the South East.

It was learned that the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police made the allegation during his appearance before the investigation panel set up to probe him at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.

Kyari had been indicted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) over his allegedly fraudulent ties to Ramon Olorunwa Abbas aka Hushpuppi and was also arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for alleged involvement in drug trafficking and distribution.

Reacting in a post via his Facebook page on Thursday, Garba called on the embattled police officer not to accuse the proscribed group of causing his problems with the NDLEA.

The former presidential aspirant advised the former IRT leader to carry his cross because he acted as a common criminal and should be treated like one.

The post reads, “Abba Kyari should stop blaming IPOB or ESN even though we know who they are, but he should carry his cross because he acted as a common criminal and should be treated like one.”
