Pregnant Seyi Shay Reveals She Is Engaged

Popular Nigerian singer, Deborah Oluwaseyi Joshua professionally known as Seyi Shay has revealed that she is currently engaged.

The singer, who is pregnant, announced her new status during an interview on Best FM.

When asked about the ring she was wearing, she revealed that a man gave it to her and asked her to marry him.

Seyi is also a songwriter and an actress. She wrote and produced three songs for the sound track in Konami’s video game.

In November 2013 she signed an endorsement deal with Etisalat. In 2015 she signed a record deal with Island Records and a 2 year endorsement deal with Pepsi. In January 2021 she signed a publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group.

In other news, former member of the defunct music group, Plantashun Boyz, Chibuzor Oji better known as Faze, has announced the death of his mother.

Faze mother’s death is coming a year after losing his twin sister.

The ‘Independent’ crooner via his Instagram page on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, penned down an emotional tribute to his mother, noting that that her death has made his heart heavy with grief.

He, however, thanked God that his mum lived a full life.

He shared a video reel of some fond memories and photos which includes a throwback image of his lovely mum. Read more
