American Varsity Appoints Ganduje, Describes Him As ‘Source of Motivation’ To Youths

Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has been appointed Senior Mentoring Scholar and Visiting Full Professor of E-Governance and International Affairs at the East Carolina University in the United States of America (USA).

The Kano Governor’s appointment was made known in a letter transmitted to him titled: “Appointment to the Position of Senior Mentoring Scholar and Visiting Full Professor of E-Governance and International Affairs at East Carolina University, International Centre for Information Technology and Development, Greenville, North Carolina, USA”.

In the letter signed by Prof. Victor W., and dated November 30, the university described Ganduje as a “source of motivation” to Nigerian youths.

“The Academic Board of the Carolina University is amazed at Ganduje’s accomplishment in good governance and genuine investment in human capital development,” the letter read.

“Congratulations! The Academic Board of International Centre for Information Technology and Development, College of Business, USA, is pleased to inform you that you have been appointed as Senior Mentoring Scholar and Visiting Full Professor of E-Governance and International Affairs.

“You have been a source of motivation to Nigerian youths, both at home and in the diaspora. We are amazed at your accomplishments both as the Executive Governor of Kano State; Fellow, National Association of Educational Administration and Planning, Nigeria; and your investment in Human Capital Development.”
