Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has approved three fresh appointments to enhance the progress and development of the state.

The fresh appointments were made public in a statement by the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Governor who noted that the appointments are with immediate effect.

Naija News gathered that those appointed and their designations are Dr Yusif Musa as the Provost RMK College of Advanced and Remedial Studies (CARS), Saminu Bello as Registrar of Sa’adatu Rimi College of Education (SRCOE), and Garba Bako Gezawa as the Permanent Secretary/Clerk, Kano State House of Assembly.

The fresh appointees were charged to justify the confidence reposed in them by showing commitment and innovation at their duty posts.

“You must work with the progress and development of the state at heart. The use of modern technology is necessary for today’s official engagements.

“You should, therefore, strive hard to work with IT-based strategies, while complying with the global best practice,” the statement quoted Ganduje as saying.

He also charged them to always remember that “with teamwork, many things are workable and achievable”.
