#ZabarmariMassacre: 35 Decomposing Bodies Freshly Discovered By Troops In Borno

At least another 35 decomposing bodies have been found on Monday in the Zabarmari area of Borno State where Boko Haram killed some Nigerian rice farmers on Saturday.

The fresh discoveries which bring the total figures already accounted for to 78 are coming after the 43 as reported earlier were buried at the event attended by Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum.

Borno Massacre: Lawan Leads FG Delegation On Condolence Visit

Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, on Monday, led the federal government delegation to Borno State on a condolence visit following the killing of farmers at the weekend by terrorists.

Members of the delegation include the Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari, Ministers of the Federal Capital Territory, Mohammed Bello, Communications and Digital Economy, Ali Pantami and the Minister of State for Agriculture, Mustapha Baba Shehuri.

Boko Haram: Nigeria Will Continue To Be At The Mercy Of Terrorists Until… Lai Mohammed

Nigeria’s Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed has submitted that Nigeria has been finding it difficult to fully overcome Boko Haram and other insurgents because it has not been able to acquire needed weapons to combat the insurgents.

The Minister who spoke on Monday in Makurdi, the Benue State capital added that the country may continue to be at the mercy of these terrorists until it gets the needed global support to acquire equipment and platforms to effectively wage the war.
