Breaking: Nigeria Records 117 Fresh Coronavirus Cases, 59 In Lagos

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 117 new cases of the deadly Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Nigeria.

In a post on its official Twitter handle, the NCDC revealed that Lagos reported 59 cases, 29 in the FCT, Kano 14, Borno 6, Katsina, 4, Ogun 3, Rivers 1 and Bauchi 1.

With the latest statistics, Nigeria has now recorded a total of 782 confirmed cases.

While 197  have been discharged, 25 deaths have also been recorded.

117 new cases of #COVID19 have been reported;

59 in Lagos
29 in FCT
14 in Kano
6 in Borno
4 in Katsina
3 in Ogun
1 in Rivers
1 in Bauchi

As at 11:25 pm 21st April there are 782 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.
