Just In: Court Nullifies Oshiomhole’s Suspension
A Federal High Court In Kano has set aside a ruling of Abuja High Court suspending the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole.
Justice Lewis Allagoa of the Kano High Court ordered the police and Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.
Breaking: President Buhari Appoints Acting Appeal Court President
President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Justice Dongban Mensem as the Acting President of the Court of Appeal.
Naija News reports that the appointment was disclosed in a statement issued on Thursday afternoon, March 5 by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu. This online news platform understands that the statement said the approval of the temporary appointment followed the recommendation of the Chief Justice of Nigeria.
