Rauf Aregbesola Implore Nigerians To Pray For Nigeria During The Festive Period

The Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola has urged Christians worldwide to pray for the nation during the Christmas and New Year celebrations.

The minister in a statement released by the permanent secretary of the Interior ministry, Georgina Ehuriah said Aregbesola was upbeat that with patience and perseverance the current security challenges in the country will be overcome.

He then assured that the Federal Government under the visionary leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari would make life more meaningful for all Nigerians.

Aregbesola said that with love for one another, hard work, selfless service, patience and patriotism, Nigeria will sooner join the league of developed nations.

He said further that the determination of this government towards ensuring an atmosphere of peace and security would engender Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) thereby revitalizing the economy and improving employment opportunities for the teeming youths in the country.

He added with confidence that 2020 would be a breakthrough for all Nigerians.
