Economic Management Team Meets

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday, presided over the first Economic Management Team meeting of President Muhammadu Buhari’s 2nd term.

The meeting is tagged: “Next Level. Agenda: Budget issues and is holding at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

In attendance are Ministers of Finance, Budget, and National Planning; Industry, Trade& Investment; Information; Works & Housing; as well as Budget and National Planning (State) and Petroleum (State).

Also present at the meeting were the CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, NNPC GMD, FIRS Chairman, DG Budget, DG DMO, DG NBS & Special Adviser Economic Matters among others.

Information made available to Naija News by Mr. Laolu Akande, the Vice President’s spokesperson said the meeting opened with a review of the 2019 Budget implementation.
