Benue Killings: Buhari, Ortom Meet Inside Presidential Villa

President Muhammadu Buhari and Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, are currently holding a meeting inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Naija News gathered that the governor arrived the Presidential Villa at about 10:50am.

Ortom had appealed to Buhari over the brutal killings of scores of Benue residents on New Year day by herdsmen, and the president had directed the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris to tighten up the security in the state.

The governor and the president are meeting for the first time since the killings.
