Appeal Court reserves judgement on FG’s appeal against Saraki’s acquittal.

An Abuja Court of Appeal, has today, Tuesday, reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the Federal Government to challenge the discharge of the Senate President Bukola Saraki, by the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

The panel headed by Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson reserved judgment after parties adopted their appellant’s and respondent’s briefs.

However, the date of the delivery of the judgment would be later on, communicated to the parties.
