Breaking: Boko Haram release 82 chibok girls after negotiating with Buhari’s administration

– 82 kidnapped Chibok girls have been released by Boko Haram insurgents to Saturday, May 6.

–  The girls were released after negotiations between the Islamist group and the Muhammadu administration

– The rescued girls are  currently in Banki town in Borno state awaiting airlift to an unknown destination.

SaharaReporters is reporting that 82 of the Chibok high school girls who were abducted in mid-April 2014 have been freed by the Boko Haram Islamist terrorist group.

Naija News learnt through SaharaReporters source that 82 abducted school girls were freed after negotiations between the Islamist group and the Muhammadu administration.

The source however failed to disclose the terms of an agreement that led to today’s mass release of the Chibok school girls.

Our source revealed that that the 82 girls who just regained their freedom are currently in Banki town in Borno state awaiting airlift to an unknown destination.

The rescued girls are expected to be moved to a better location whre they would be debriefed, undergo a psychological and medical test and then be reunited with their families.
