Geography and Borders

Situated on the Jos Plateau, the state is bordered by Bauchi to the northeast, Kaduna to the northwest, Nasarawa to the southwest, and Taraba to the southeast.

Governance: From 1976 to Date

The state has a rich administrative history shaped by both military and civilian leaders:
