Uzor Arukwe Reacts To Comparison With Gabriel Afolayan Over Acting Skills

Nollywood actor Uzor Arukwe has reacted to a debate comparing him with fellow actor Gabriel Afolayan, saying both performers have their own strengths and should not be placed against each other.

Naija News reports that the discussion started after a social media user asked fans to choose between Arukwe and Afolayan on who is the more versatile actor.

“Between Uzor Arukwe and Gabriel Afolayan, who is the more versatile actor? 🤔”, the user, Big Timi asked.

Reacting to the question on Thursday, Arukwe dismissed the idea of comparing him with Afolayan, describing him as a talented colleague whose work he respects.

The actor said they are both skilled performers in their own ways and expressed admiration for Afolayan’s talent.

He wrote on his 𝕏 page : “There should be no comparison between me and my bro Gabriel Afolayan@gabbylucciii 😊 We are both talented actors in our own right, and his talent is one I will always respect. ✊🏾”

Arukwe’s response has drawn reactions from fans who praised his humility and support for another actor instead of joining the debate over who is better or who is not.
