Aide Gives Update On Sam Larry’s Health Amid Death Rumours

Popular socialite and music promoter Samson Eletu, known as Sam Larry, is alive and receiving medical care after a road accident in Lagos State.

Naija News reports that his associate, Akin Abolade, also known as Mr Lilgaga, has dismissed reports that he died in the crash.

Abolade in an interview with Punch said he had direct contact with Sam Larry a few hours after the accident and confirmed he was still alive.

He added that while the crash was serious, Sam Larry’s exact condition could not be fully confirmed at the time of their conversation.

“Yes, he’s alive and not dead, but his condition cannot be ascertained because of how bad the accident was. We spoke after the accident. He’s alive, and I’m sure of that”, he told the publication.

Recall that Sam Larry was involved in a crash along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road on Saturday in the early hours of the day.

The vehicle he was travelling in reportedly collided with a trailer, leading to heavy damage to the car.

A viral video shared on social media showed the damaged vehicle at the scene of the crash. One of his security men, identified as Wale, died on the spot.
