Controversial relationship therapist, Blessing CEO, has reacted after being arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on multiple charges and remanded in custody.

In a post shared on her Instagram page on Wednesday, the social media influencer revealed that she pleaded not guilty to all the charges against her after spending 26 days in EFCC custody.

She wrote, “Pleaded not guilty to all of the charges after spending 26 days in EFCC custody.”

The controversial figure stated that one of the cases involved an alleged ₦36 million tenancy dispute, which she claimed had already been settled.

Naija News reports that she also referred to another case involving ₦69 million, describing it as a tenancy-related matter and insisting that she did not sell houses to anyone through her office.

According to her, “I did not sell anybody houses in my office.”

Okoro also addressed the fresh allegations linked to a cancer fundraising campaign, which reportedly involved ₦13 million donated by members of the public.

She maintained her innocence regarding the allegations and said the matter involved claims that she falsified a medical result.

Blessing CEO disclosed that she had been remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre pending the perfection of her bail conditions.

Reflecting on the development, she noted that it was her second time in the facility, adding jokingly, “Second time in Kirikiri correctional center na him be say I go gats to contest for president.”

Despite her legal challenges, she expressed confidence that the situation would eventually work in her favour.

The relationship coach said, “I am in high spirit,” adding that she believed the ongoing case would become a major turning point in her life.

She also wrote, “This story is my biggest breakthrough” and “Watch God turn this into a big stepping stone.”

Blessing CEO revealed that her accounts had been restricted, joking that anyone receiving requests for money in her name should ignore them. She wrote, “Them don lock all my accounts. In case I call you beg you for money no vex.”

Her reaction comes hours after the EFCC had arraigned her before the Federal High Court in Lagos over fresh allegations of obtaining money by false pretence and retaining alleged proceeds of crime linked to a cancer treatment appeal.
