‘No Magic Can Unseat Tinubu’ – Igbokwe Talks Tough On 2027 Presidency
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Joe Igbokwe, has declared that President Bola Tinubu has no rival ahead of the 2027 presidential election, insisting that no political force can unseat him.
Naija News reports that Igbokwe made the assertion in a Facebook post, where he expressed confidence in the President’s political strength and performance.
The APC stalwart said Tinubu’s leadership and political pedigree make him difficult to defeat at the polls, stressing that victory for the President in 2027 is inevitable.
“Without sounding immodest, I can tell you that PBAT has no rival,” he wrote.
“There is no magic that will make people stand with you if you do not have anything to bring to the table. There is always a payday for every good work. Victory beckons for PBAT.”
Igbokwe maintained that any suggestion that the opposition could remove Tinubu from office exists only in the realm of speculation, not political reality.
According to him, those plotting to unseat the President lack the structure and influence required to mount a serious challenge.
He added that the idea of defeating Tinubu “can only happen in the imagination of the opposition.”
The APC chieftain also highlighted Tinubu’s long political journey, noting that the President spent decades preparing for the office before eventually contesting in 2023.
“He marked his time for more than 20 years waiting for the right time to throw his hat into the ring. It came in 2023,” Igbokwe stated.
“He is now PBAT, and he is reworking Nigeria. Now, in your wildest imaginations, you think you will unseat him. Where is the muscle?” he added.
