Davido Releases Statement Amidst Report On Welcoming Twins With Chioma

Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Davido has reacted to some photos and videos making the rounds on social media amidst reports of welcoming a set of twins with his wife, Chioma Rowland.

It would be recalled that Davido and Chioma reportedly welcomed their new babies on Monday in the United States of America.

According to sources quoted by PM News, the twins arrived at about 9 p.m. on Monday.

A popular Nigerian clergy, Evangelist Gospel Agochukwu shared a hint about the delivery in a post on his Church’s official Facebook page on Tuesday morning.

The cleric uploaded his supposed chat with Davido.

Celebrating the singer, Iyabo Ojo shared a video and photos of the singer and Chioma in a hospital bed, claiming it was recent.

Reacting to the clip and photos shared, Davido on Wednesday via the microblogging platform X, formerly Twitter pointed out that the photos circulating on the internet are not recent.

He further urged colleagues and friends to stop circulating old photos.

“Stop circulating old pictures, thank you,” the 31-year-old wrote

However, the singer did not however confirm nor debunk welcoming twins with his wife.
