Scam Alert: We Are Not Awarding Contracts – NDDC Raises Alarm

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has raised the alarm over scammers posing as the agency with fake contracts and a forged website to dupe innocent Nigerians.

Naija News understands that the NDDC has clarified that documents and contents on the website are fake and did not originate from the commission or any of its officials, past or present.

The commission’s Director, Corporate Affairs, Ibitoye Abosede, in a statement on Sunday, said a new scam circulating online is “another communication between fraudsters and a US-based company purporting to indicate that a ‘Contract Award Committee’ within the Commission is processing tenders for jobs.”
