There Is Nothing That Can Stop Protests Across Nigeria – Ajaero (Video)

The President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Joe Ajaero, has said there is nothing that will stop the protests going on across the federation.

Naija News reports that Ajaero stated this in a chat with Channels Television at the Unity Fountain in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

According to Ajaero, there is no action of the government that can stop the protests, stressing that not even an overture from the government can convince organised labour to halt the action.

He asserted that the government wasn’t ready for a dialogue and had refused to listen to any of the demands of organised labour.

Members of the organised labour commenced their planned protest over some recently implemented policies by President Tinubu-led Government.

The protest, which was slated to commence by 7 am on Wednesday, 2 August 2023, began at 8:17 am.

Members of the NLC in large numbers were seen holding high placards and loudspeakers as they protested over anti-people policies.
