Flashback: Basketmouth’s Ex-Wife Dishes Marriage Advice To Singles

A video of the now ex-wife of popular Nigerian comedian, Basketmouth, Elsie Uzoma Okpocha, advising single people on how to go about marriage has surfaced.

In the throwback video, Elsie had asked ladies to make sure they get married to someone with “sense”.

She also maintained that even though love is important, it after a while fades, as marriage is not a vacation.

She emphasizes the importance of being with a partner that prays, as it is not the job of one person.

The mother of two noted this months before her husband, Bright Okpocha, better known as Basketmouth, announced the end of their 12-year-old marriage on social media.

Bright, made the announcement via his verified Instagram page on Thursday where he assured of peacefully co-parent with his wife in taking care of their children.

The actor who didn’t give reasons for the divorce urged the public to respect their privacy.

The news of their separation following 12 years of marriage, with 2 beautiful kids, broke recently and went viral.
