Ramadan Fast: What Atiku Tells Muslims As Islam's Holy Month Exercise Begins

Former Vice President and presidential hopeful, Atiku Abubakar has asked Nigerians to hold the President Muhammadu Buhari government for the disunity in the country.

The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2019 elections stated that President Buhari had been unfair to all regions and disappointing.

He stated this while addressing Ogun PDP delegates in Abeokuta on Saturday ahead of the party’s presidential primary election on May 28.

Abubakar opined that the country will continue to experience various challenges until it is united and peaceful and every region is treated fairly and equally.

He promised to unite Nigeria by giving every part a sense of belonging, addressing insecurity and implementing his economic development plan.

He said, “As long as the country is not united, as long as there is no peace, you cannot govern even in your own home, not to talk of a complex country like Nigeria, which is multi-ethnic and multi-religious.

“I promise to unite the nation by giving every part a sense of belonging, tackle insecurity and implement my economic development blueprint towards transforming the country.
