[Breaking] 2023: Outcome Of APC Govs’ Meeting On Consensus Revealed

The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday held a meeting with Governors elected on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

The meeting held at the Aso Rock Villa is coming ahead of the APC National Convention scheduled for Saturday, March 26, 2022.

The Governors were led into the meeting with the President by Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni who is also the Chairman of the APC Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC).

Meanwhile, presidential hopeful, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has revealed ways to move Nigeria forward amidst the economic issues facing the West African nation.

In a tweet via his Twitter page on Wednesday, the former Lagos governor said the country can only move forward when there is religious tolerance and inter-faith harmony among the people.

Tinubu advised Nigerians to tolerate each other’s religion, beliefs and reject all forms of discrimination dividing the country.

He stated that the citizens need unity in diversity for economic prosperity and not divide and rule for political adversity.

The APC national leader added that religious institutions in the country must be seen to be promoting brotherhood and sportsmanship in all political processes.
