Yahaya Musa, an Abuja-based dry cleaner has been found dead in his shop.

Naija News reports that the deceased was found by his landlord hanging from the ceiling fan dead in his shop on Saturday morning in the Byazhin area of Kubwa, a suburb of the Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory.

Speaking about the incident, an eyewitness, who was the deceased’s landlord, Mr Yusuf Tijani told Daily Trust that the incident scene seemed like the deceased could have committed suicide, but after he found the body of the deceased hanging from the roof of his shop at around 8am on Saturday morning, he believed that he was murdered.

He noted that there were blood stains on his mattress and  carpets, adding that late Musa killers wanted it to look like suicide

“How can people say he committed suicide when it was obvious he was killed? His carpet was stained with blood and his mattress and other clothes were in blood. We found him hanging from his ceiling fan and his legs were firmly on the ground. So it was stage managed to make everyone believe it was suicide; but it’s murder.”

The deceased have been buried by his family members according to Islamic rites.
