Just In: President Buhari Swears In Yemi Esan As New Federal Head Of Service

Dr. Folashade Yemi-Esan has become the new Head of Civil Service of the federation.

Naija News reports that President Muhammadu Buhari swore her in as the new Head of Civil Service after spending about six months in an acting capacity since September 2019.

Her last appointment before she became Acting HoS was Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum Resources.

Yemi-Esan succeeds Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita, who’s retirement, Buhari approved last week.

The swearing-in ceremony held at the Executive Council Chamber of the State House at about 11:07 am, just before the commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.
