Taylor Swift Named Artist Of The Decade At The American Music Awards

Singer Taylor Swift will receive the Artist of the Decade Award at the American Music Awards Gala next month.

Dick Clark Productions announced on Wednesday that Taylor Swift will be honoured on November 24 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

The singer could beat this year’s Michael Jackson record for the most trophies won at the gala.

Named five times this year, Taylor Swift has won 23 American Music Awards over the course of her career.

Michael Jackson currently holds the record for the most awards, with 24 awards.

Taylor Swift has won more American Music Awards than any other artist in the past decade.

To celebrate her career, she will perform some of her greatest hits at the gala.

Alongside Taylor Swift, Post Malone, Ariana Grande, Drake and Halsey are nominated for the Artist of the Year Award.
