Deji Adeyanju Lambastes Naira Marley In Latest Rant

Activist Deji Adeyanju has taken a swipe at popular musician, Naira Marley, referring to him as a nuisance to himself and the society.

Adeyanju lambasted the Nigerian singer after he had shared a video on Twitter on Wednesday of a man hitting a lady’s bum as he sings the musician’s song ‘Opotoyi’.

Commenting on the video on Thursday, Adeyanju bluntly called him a nuisance.

“You are a nuisance to yourself and the society at large,” he wrote.

However, Azeez Fashola popularly known by his stage name as Naira Marley is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the Nigeria’s anti-graft agency on an 11-count charge bothering on conspiracy, possession of counterfeit cards and fraud.

Naija News had reported that Naira Marley’s trial, however, was adjourned on Thursday at the Federal High Court in Lagos after counsels exchanged words over space to sit in the small courtroom.
