Why I Won’t Apologise For Appointing My Daughter – Gov. Okowa

Ifeanyi Okowa, Delta State Governor, has claimed that he owes no one an apology for appointing one of his daughters as his aide.

This the governor said while speaking at a media briefing in Asaba, the state’s capital yesterday.
Okowa however, clarified that only one of his qualified daughters was appointed contrary to claims that they were two.

He said none of his daughters was appointed for Social Media, adding that the only one appointed was for girl child education.

Okowa also whoever gets to become the next governor of Delta State in 2023 will be determined by God.
