Service Chiefs In Urgent Closed Door Meeting With Buhari

Buhari Meets Security Chiefs

President Muhammadu Buhari was earlier in a meeting today with Chief of Staff, Mallam Abba Kyari and other Service Chiefs at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The service chiefs including; the Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Olonisakin, Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Ibok Ekwe Ibas and Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Abubakar Sadique.

The service chiefs were reportedly first at the office of the Aide-De-Camp (ADC) to the President, before going to Kyari’s office for the meeting.

The meeting which was held behind closed doors was very brief, Naija News learnt.

The meeting might not be unconnected to the just concluded presidential and national assembly elections as well as the recent killings in Kaduna and Sokoto states.

Meanwhile, Naija News reports that supporters across the country are still basking in the euphoria of  Buhari’s re-election as at the time fo filing this report.
