Oshiomole Meets APC Senators In Abuja

National chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Comrade Adams Oshiomole is currently holding a crucial meeting with some senators in the party.

Naija News gathered the meeting is holding at the former campaign office of the APC, now private office of the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomole.

The senators sighted at the meeting include Senate Leader Ahmed Lawan, who arrived the venue at 11:11am; Senate Deputy Chief Whip, Sen. Francis Alimhikhena; and the Senate Spokesman, Sen. Sabi Abdullahi.

Other were Hope Uzodinna, Shehu Sanni, Abdullahi Adamu, Andy Uba and Sani Yarima, Danjuma Goje, Kabiru Gaya, George Akume, Benjamin Uwajumogu, Ali Ndume, amongst others.

The meeting is coming on a day that operatives of the Department of State Service (DSS) and the Police blocked the entrance to the National Assembly in what opposition lawmakers claimed was part of moves to change the Senate leadership led by Dr. Bukola Saraki.

The Deputy Inspector General of Police, Operations, Habila Joshak, was also seen at the venue of the meeting, although his mission to the venue in company of two junior officers could not be ascertained as at press time.
