Get Your PVC Cards, Ikorodu LG Urges Residents

In Preparation for the forthcoming general elections in 2019, the Ikorodu local government chairman, Mr Wasiu Adeshina has called on residents of the area to endeavor to obtain their Permanent Voters Card.

While speaking at a ceremony to mark his first year anniversary, Adeshina urged the people to ensure they get their voters card before the August 16th deadline.

Adeshina also allegedly distributed free GCE forms to 60 candidates and announced scholarship awards to 60 others to mark his first year in office.

Among dignitaries were Mr Babajimi Benson, member representing Ikorodu in the National Assembly, a former Deputy Governor, Mr Abiodun Ogunleye in Lagos and Ikorodu monarch, Oba Kabiru Shotobi..
