DStv And Gotv Subscribers Get New Subscription Rates

Multichoice, foremost cable pay service provider in Nigeria is set to adjust subscription rates paid by its customers on the DStv and GOtv platforms.

Information gathered by Naija News revealed that DStv subscribers would experience an increase in subscription rates across all packages, while GOtv subscribers will enjoy reduction in rates depending on package subscribed to.

Sources confirmed that subscribers on GOTV Max package will enjoy a decrease from ₦3,800 to ₦3,200 while the prices on GOTV Plus, GOTV Value and GOTV Lite packages remain fixed at ₦1,900, ₦1,250 and N400 respectively.

Subscribers on DSTV Premium package will however, see a price increase from N14,700 to N15,800; Compact Plus from ₦9,900 to N10,650; Compact from ₦6,300 to ₦6,800; Family from ₦3,800 to ₦4,000 and on Access, ₦1,900 to ₦2,000.

Some subscribers spoken to by Naija News correspondent also confirmed they have started receiving text messages notifying them of the new price regime for different subscription packages.
