EFCC arrests Innocent Chukwuma, Chairman Of Innoson Motors
Innocent Chukwuma, founder and chairman of Innoson motors, has allegedly been arrested by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
A spokesperson for the company, Cornel Osigwe, who spoke with Premium Times, disclosed that Mr. Chukwuma was arrested at his residence in Enugu around 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.

Tinubu Support Release Of $1bn To Tackle Boko Haram
A leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has applauded the decision of the State Governors to sanction the setting aside of one billion dollars from the Excess Crude Account to prosecute the war against insurgency and guarantee peace in the country.
Tinubu who spoke on the sidelines of President Buhari’ surprise party at the Presidential villa, noted that the process that brought about the decision was transparent enough.

$1b Not For War Against Boko-Haram Alone – Osinbajo
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has on Tuesday clarified how the government intends to spend the $1bn to be withdrawn from the excess crude oil account as recently approved by the state governors.
He disclosed that the money was not meant to fight Boko Haram insurgency alone but will also be used to cater for all other security challenges in other states of the federation.
