Nollywood actor cum producer, Lateef Adedimeji, has spoken about his wife’s concerns regarding his religion while proposing marriage to her.
Naija News reports that Lateef, while speaking with Morayo Afolabi Brown on her YouTube show, said he had promised never to marry someone in the entertainment industry, but God had better plans.
The movie star said he is Muslim, while Bimpe is a Christian, but it did not matter to him because the most important thing before religion is his peace.
Lateef admitted that Bimpe had her concerns, but he insisted on meeting her father.
He said, “I promised never to marry someone from my industry, but God had better plans. I am a Muslim, she’s a Christian. It didn’t matter to me because the most important thing before religion is my peace.
“She had her concerns, but I told her to let me meet her father, and the rest is history.”
Lateef also dismissed viral triplets AI photos making the rounds online, adding that they will unveil their babies’ faces when they are ready.
He stated, “Also, those children you are seeing with us on social media are not the faces of our triplets because it’s AI. When we are ready, we will reveal their faces”.
