‘I Can Kidnap Top Govt Officials, Even A State Governor’ – Bandit Leader Threatens
A notorious bandit leader, Kachalla Maha, has claimed that he has the capacity to abduct top government officials, including state governors.
According to Daily Post, Maha also alleged that he receives confidential security information ahead of military operations.
The bandit leader made the claims in a recorded audio message which surfaced on Sunday and was shared by a verified 𝕏 user, Abdool Moh.
In the audio, Maha accused the authorities of refusing to release his arrested associates and seized cattle.
He claimed that repeated attempts to secure their release had been ignored, adding that the development had made him unwilling to back down.
“You arrested my men, and I asked for their release. You refused. I promised that I would abduct many people, and I already have targets,” he said.
Maha further threatened to intensify attacks, insisting that deployment of troops would not deter him.
“I asked why my men and Aminu were arrested. Since they were not released, I don’t care if they send thousands of soldiers. I am not tired, and I will not stop until I leave this world. I can kidnap top government officials, even a state governor,” he said.
The bandit kingpin also alleged that security operatives informed him of planned operations against his camp.
“I swear to Almighty God that all the security forces sent to attack my camp are my boys. They inform me whenever they are coming. I receive information about security strategies, including those involving the President,” Maha claimed.
He added that security forces were only able to operate in the affected areas because he allowed them to do so.
