If You Can’t Let Me Correct You, Don’t Visit Me’ – Funke Akindele ‘Scolds’ Eniola Badmus
Nollywood actress cum movie producer, Funke Akindele, playfully scolded her colleague, Eniola Badmus, following a recent public dispute with a makeup artist.
Naija News reports that the controversy started after Eniola Badmus expressed her frustration on social media after the makeup artist failed to show up for a booked appointment.
Eniola also shared the makeup artist’s phone number online and encouraged followers to call her out.
In response, the makeup artist defended herself, explaining that the appointment had not been confirmed because no advance payment had been made.
According to the makeup artist, she has a policy requiring payment before bookings are secured, and she added that she spoke publicly only after receiving numerous online threats.
In a video posted on Snapchat on Saturday, Funke jokingly confronted Badmus over the incident, saying, “Badosky, why were you misbehaving online?”
Funke Akindele recalled repeatedly advising Eniol against engaging in online confrontations.
She added, “I have told you to stop fighting and abusing people online. What you did is totally wrong. If you can’t let me correct you, don’t visit me.”
Meanwhile, Eniola Badmus recently denied a viral social media post labelling her a ‘private pimp’.
The post, which was accompanied by Eniola’s photos, accused her of connecting young women to directors, movie executives, and politicians for exploitation and suggested that the network helped her enter politics.
In the post via 𝕏, the user wrote, “Popular Yoruba Actress Eniola Badmus is reportedly a private pimp in Nigeria and in the movie industry, linking young girls up with top directors, movie executives, and Nigerian politicians. She surely gained entry into the political scene through this network, and many young girls have been exploited & used for different purposes by politicians through her connections.”
In response, the thespian described the allegation as false and attention‑seeking, noting that authorities will intervene.
