It’s A Misunderstanding – Zlatan Apologizes To Seyi Vibez After Online Clash

Nigerian Afrobeats star Zlatan Ibile has apologized to fellow singer Seyi Vibez after a disagreement that played out on social media earlier this week.

Naija News understands that the clash began on May 26 when Seyi Vibez accused Zlatan of mocking his Fuji Moto project.

The accusation was linked to ad-libs heard on Adekunle Gold’s song Life of the Faaji, which Seyi Vibez felt was directed at him.

Following that, Seyi Vibez also reacted online, calling Zlatan a backup artiste and making comments about his clothing brand, which increased tension between both sides.

Zlatan later took to his social media page to address the situation.

He said the matter was a misunderstanding and expressed disappointment that Seyi Vibez felt disrespected.

He added that there was no bad intention behind anything that was said or done.

The singer also made it clear that he still sees Seyi Vibez as a brother and is open to settling the issue through conversation whenever Seyi is ready.

He wrote on social media: “It actually hurts that my brother thinks I would diss him in anyway. It’s literally a misunderstanding. @seyi_vibez it’s all love bro, when you’re ready to talk it out I’m here!! 4L ABURO MI.”
