Tinubu Wins APC Presidential Primary For 2027 (Full Results)

President Bola Tinubu has officially been declared the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary election for the 2027 election.

He is, therefore, officially the APC presidential candidate for the 2027 general election.

Naija News reports that Tinubu recorded a landslide victory against his only challenger for the APC ticket, Stanley Osifo from Edo State.

He was declared the winner of the primaries on Sunday, 24th May, 2026, for the exercise conducted across the country’s 8,809 wards in all 774 local government areas.

The declaration was made by the Chairman of the APC Presidential Primaries Committee, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, following the collation exercise held at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja.

President Tinubu: 10,999,967 votes

Stanley Osifo: 16,503 votes.

President Tinubu, accompanied by the First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, has arrived at the ICC for the official presentation of the certificate of return and flag as the APC presidential candidate for the 2027 election.

As earlier reported by Naija News, President Tinubu returned to Abuja, the nation’s capital, where he is set to receive the All Progressives Congress (APC) 2027 presidential candidacy flag and certificate of return.

The President returned to Abuja from Lagos, where he participated in the APC presidential primary election for the 2027 general elections.

Tinubu arrived in Abuja in the company of his wife, the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

He was received at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport by top government functionaries, including the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu, the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, the Inspector-General of Police, Tunji Disu, and others.
