Churchill Responds After Being Called Out For Not Celebrating Tonto, Rosy On Mother’s Day
Businessman Olakunle Churchill has replied to a social media user who questioned why he did not celebrate his wife, Rosy Meurer, and his former partner, Tonto Dikeh, during the recent Mother’s Day.
Naija News reports that Mother’s Day was marked on Sunday, March 15, 2026, as many people across Nigeria, including public figures, used the occasion to appreciate mothers, wives and daughters for their roles in families and society.
Churchill, however, shared a post dedicated to his own mother, leaving out any mention of his wife or his ex-wife.
His decision drew attention online, especially as some users had expected him to include both women in his message.
The situation led to fresh talk about possible issues in his marriage to Meurer.
The rumours had already been circulating following his recent reunion with Dikeh, which had drawn public interest after the two were seen together again in photos and videos.
As reactions continued online, a user identified as @victory_onyibliss asked Churchill why he did not acknowledge both women in his Mother’s Day message.
“Why didn’t you celebrate your wife and your ex”, the fan asked.
In his response, Churchill told the user to go ahead and celebrate them on his behalf, choosing not to give further explanation.
“help me celebrate them”, he replied.
