‘Sycophancy’ – Isaac Fayose Blasts ‘Govt Officials’ For Filing Out To Greet Seyi Tinubu

The brother of former Governor of Ekit State, Ayodele Fayose, Isaac, has slammed government officials who lined up to greet President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu, at an airport.

Naija News reports that Seyi, in a video, Fayose shared on Instagram, was captured disembarking from an aircraft and greeting some personalities who filed out at the foot of the aircraft staircase to greet him.

According to Fayose, the personalities greeting Seyi are government officials and Senate leaders, describing their action as sycophancy.

Fayose argued that there is no office of the ‘First Son of the Nation’ in the constitution, and questioned why government functionaries would file out to greet Seyi Tinubu.

In other news, Nollywood actor cum online matchmaker, Adams Kehinde, better known as Lege Miami, has expressed displeasure over the one-sided friendship with the son of Seyi Tinubu.

Naija News reports that Lege, in a video shared online, explained that the friendship, which many Nigerians believe brings him influence, has instead put him under unexpected pressure.

According to him, those pressures have affected both his finances and his peace, stressing that people constantly approach him with requests, problems, and expectations simply because of his association with Seyi Tinubu.

Lege noted that while Seyi Tinubu checks on him occasionally, the larger weight of the friendship comes from outsiders who assume he has direct access to resources and influence.

His words read partly, “I no enjoy Seyi as a friend at all. I don use all my matchmaking money for this matter, saying I’m Seyi Tinubu’s friend. He only calls me once in a while to ask if I’m okay.”
