The Guardian: Ahead of the 2024 budget presentation, President Bola Tinubu’s administration may be putting finishing touches to a plan to pivot the government from a culture of oversized fiscal deficit and embrace fiscal consolidation practice as a necessary option for addressing legacy macroeconomic challenges.

The Nation: The Federal Government will spend not less than N2 trillion directly on the implementation of the Monday’s pact with the organised labour. After a four-hour meeting, an agreement was reached to cushion the petrol subsidy removal pains on federal workers and other categories of Nigerians.

Daily Trust: After back and forth, the Chicago State University (CSU) released the academic records of President Bola Tinubu to his political opponent, Atiku Abubakar, on Monday.
