Police Reacts To Video Of MC Oluomo Stopping Igbos From Voting At His Polling Unit

Former Chairman of the National Union Of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Lagos State Chapter, Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo, is under fire over the murder of a leader of the union.

MC Oluomo is currently trending online over the murder of Mile 12 Branch Chairman of the Lagos State Park Management Committee, Sulaimon Lawal, popularly known as Arikuyeri.

Naija News reports that there was pandemonium on Sunday afternoon as suspected thugs murdered the NURTW boss.

In a video circulating the internet, Ariku can be seen laying on the ground while he was been beaten and macheted to death by the thugs.

It was gathered that suspected loyalists and colleagues of Arikuyeri went on a rampage at Mile 12, Ketu Owode Onirin and other parts of the community attacking residents and passers-by.

The battle over supremacy in motor parks around the Mile 12 area of the state resulted in an exchange of gunfire between the warring factions.

This development has generated outrage online with many Nigerians slamming MC Olumo over the death of the unionist.

@davidoghe wrote: “But wait, MC Oluomo is no longer a member of NURTW but controls the whole park in Lagos. The Chairman of Mile 12 park is an NURTW member and rumour has it that he is a rival to MC.

@trendwithola wrote: “All the shits you saw happening in Mile 12 yesterday is just a tip of what you’ll see in 2023 if you Vote Asiwaju Tinubu. NURTW, MC Oluomo is being used as an instrument of bedevilled APC to take over parks for their selfish interest. Atiku has his strategy own too. Be wise.

@De_Anointed1 wrote: “Mile 12 NURTW chairman killed by Tinubu/MC Oluomo thugs in Lagos over park supremacy. This is the Lagos “emi lokan” wants Nigeria to be like where thuggery will be official and Aso Rock turned into a motor park.”

@nellycent011 wrote: “The kind of Lagos @officialABAT built , turned Lagos into hub of miscreants , MC Oluomo Agbero, cultism and all manner of mayhem that reminds us of the 2002 OPC riotous killings of Hausa communities in Lagos.”
